Cub Care Registration Sheet
Graysville Elementary School offers an after-school program for the purpose of providing educational opportunities for students as an extension of the regular school day. The program is open to all students enrolled in Graysville Elementary School. Students enrolled in the program are under the supervision of Graysville teachers and paraprofessionals. Tiger Cub Care operates from 2:30 until 6:00 p.m. each day school is in session. Each student who attends the program must have completed a registration form and pay a $5.00 registration fee for the year.
Students enrolled in the program engage in activities that encourage creativity in a safe and caring learning environment. We also provide opportunities for study and outdoor activities. A snack is provided each day.
Discipline
For the safety of the student and property, students are expected to comply with all school rules while in the program. Inappropriate behavior or failure to obey the teachers on duty will result in suspension from the program.
Fees
There is a $5.00 registration fee per child for the program. The daily cost of the program is $4.50 per hour. The second child in the family will be $2.00 per hour. Bills are sent home on Mondays and should be paid weekly. Payments may be sent to school and given to the classroom teacher or you may pay the program workers when you pick up your child. Students can be denied participation in the program based on an unpaid balance. This denial can be based on a balance due to any Catoosa County school. Student records will not be released to another school (if you move) until the balance is paid. There will be a late fee of $2.00 for each minute per child not picked up after 6:00 p.m. There are no exceptions. Please direct any billing concerns to Wendy Garverick in the school office.
