PTO

PTO Officers for 2017-2018 school year:

President: Kelley McCutcheon
Vice President: Michele Black
Secretary: Marissa Watson
Treasurer/Memberships: Cathy Beason
Room Mom Coordinator: Amber Lyons
Box Tops Coordinator: Abby Bender
Pottery Coordinator: Rhonda Collins

Our purpose is to foster a sense of support, pride, and enthusiasm!

PTO funds that are raised stay within OUR school for different programs, supplies, and equipment needed. Last year's fundraising provided GES with equipment for the "Move It!" initiative and new Special Education resource materials. This year we are raising money to help purchase new reading curriculum materials for the second and third grade classes. We will also continue to provide assistance with computer technology and Renaissance activities for our students.

You are invited to be a part of Graysville's PTO. Meetings are typically held on the first Monday of each month at 6:00pm. Membership is only $3.00 and is open to anyone in the community. The PTO sponsors the Fall Festival, Spring Auction, and Box Tops for Education. It takes the help of every parent to make these events a success. We hope you will join us!

We would love to hear from you! Please contact us with any questions, comments or suggestions at graysvilleelementaryPTO@gmail.com .

2017-2018 meeting dates (subject to change): September 18 (Room Mom meeting immediately after), October 2, November 6, February 5, March 5, and April 9. All meetings will be held at 6pm in the Media Center unless otherwise specified.

2017-2018 Box Tops collection Fridays: September 29, November 3, December 15, January 26, February 23, March 23, and April 27.

2017-2018 Events: Fall Festival will be held on October 28, 2017 and Spring Auction will be held on March 16, 2018. Other fundraising events will be announced at a later date.
